362 (Elm Tree) Squadron on their annual Christmas walk; this year the walk took them on a route around Castleton area. Starting in Castleton they ventured up to Loose Hill, across the ridge to Hollins Cross, and up to Mam Tor trig point where this photograph was taken.
The group then proceeded off the hill to the base Mam Tor to a well deserved lunch break. After lunch followed a rather cautious downhill second half back into Castleton just as the rain started.
Overall it was a well enjoyed walk by all including the three members of staff that participated to make the walk possible with all Cadets and staff showing their Christmas spirit, with hats and tinsel.
